I’m stuck today. Stuck in what feels like an endless cycle of chasing. 

It’s the usual suspects; money, freedom, time and sanity. We live in a rushed world that’s filled with expectations we impose on ourselves and those that are heaped on us by our friends, family, co-workers, bosses and peers. Sometimes, I wish I could press the ‘pause’ button just so I can take time out; not matter how short.

But does it have to be like this? Does your mind constantly regress into despair when things don’t go as planned? It shouldn’t but it does.

There are ways to combat this. They’re not easy (good things usually aren’t) but all it takes is belief, practice and consistency.
